This website is operated by Dirk Sales under the brand name Nell & Brooks. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nell & Brooks. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and Payment Policy.

Our store and Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed. Accepted payment methods are listed in our Payment Policy.

Products

We make every effort to show our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Small differences in color can occur due to screen settings. Sizes and measurements are indicated on each product page and in our Size Guide.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as described in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to Nell & Brooks and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
